2. Products

We sell cue sports equipment including (but not limited to):

• Pool cues

• Snooker cues

• Cases and accessories

• Maintenance products
   

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

• We accept most major payment methods listed at checkout

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

• Do not use the item further

We will:

• Offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a resolution.

5. Warranty

• Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or improper care

  • Accidental damage

 

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders must follow the returns process.
   

7. Custom & High-Value Items

• Custom cues or special orders will require full upfront payment.

• Custom cues or special orders will take longer than usual shipping time

• These items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
   

9. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper use and care of cue and/or equipment

• Ensuring compatibility of accessories

• Following maintenance guidelines
